Facade Cleaner – with Activator
• Cleans green growth, grease, and pollution stains on walls and facades (two-component product to be diluted)
• Preserves the appearance and structure of the material
• Two-component product with activator
• Recommended as a first application on heavily soiled surfaces before any treatment
• Effective within 1 hour
• Contains no chlorine, acid, or solvents
• Can be used in damp weather
TYPES OF SUPPORT:
Suitable for all unpainted wall and facade materials: natural or reconstituted stone, brick, render, concrete, cement, textured coatings, etc.
OTHER FEATURES:
Packaging: 10L (including 1L activator)
Coverage: 1 litre = approx. 6 m²
1. Add the activator to the detergent base, shake well before use (use immediately after mixing)
2. Dampen the surface before application
3. Apply the mixture using a sprayer
4. Leave to act for 45 to 60 minutes depending on the level of soiling
5. Rinse with a pressure washer (medium pressure)
6. Clean tools with water after use
• Application conditions: between 5°C and 30°C
• On difficult surfaces, the final result appears after 15 days
• A second application may be necessary on certain surfaces
• Do not store the container on its side
• In accordance with current DTU standards, in case of contamination, apply Algimouss or Algimix treatment before repainting
• Protect alkali-sensitive materials (metals, paints, etc.) and surrounding vegetation
• Store in a frost-free place
